Dr Frank E. Masci is a board-certified ophthalmologist and eye surgeon with a specialized interest in cataracts and glaucoma. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts, Dr. Masci completed his medical training at Georgetown University School of Medicine and his residency at The Washington Hospital Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and former clinical instructor at Tufts University School of Medicine.
Dr.Masci has been in practice since 1980, providing general ophthalmological care with a special emphasis on cataracts, glaucoma, and oculoplastic treatments, including eyelid rejuvenations,Botox, and Juvéderm. Among his volunteer works, he has made annual trips to the West Indies with a team of ophthalmologist to provide care for local patients.

Frank E. Masci, MD, FACS

Dr. Victor Ganson is a board-certified optometrist specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of glaucoma and a wide range of ocular conditions. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry, where he cultivated a strong foundation in clinical care.

Dr. Ganson went on to complete a residency in Ocular Disease at the VA Boston Healthcare System, gaining advanced training in treating complex eye conditions and providing emergency care in an interdisciplinary healthcare setting. This included training at the Glaucoma Clinic of the Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston and completing speciality rotations in cornea and retina care. His residency experience continues to shape his evidence-based and patient-focused approach to eye care.
Dr. Ganson attended Boston College for his undergraduate studies, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and developed his early interest in the health sciences. Today, he is committed to delivering thorough, compassionate eye care and helping patients maintain long-term visual wellness.

Victor Ganson, OD

Dr. Anna Ison-Chatfield is a board-certified optometrist with TPA certification, dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered eye care. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry, where she developed strong clinical skills and a passion for advancing ocular health.

Dr Ison-Chatfield actively participates in Eye-Sight 20/20 conferences yearly and stays engaged with the latest developments in clinical practice, technology and patient care standards. Before pursuing optometry, she worked in research at the Shriner’s Hospital in Tampa, FL and at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI. She completed her undergraduate studies at Boston College.

With a commitment to both preventive and therapeutic eye care, Dr. Ison-Chatfield strives to ensure every patient receives personalized attention and the highest quality of vision care.

Anna Ison-Chatfield, OD

Dr. Rachael Smith is a proud 2024 graduate of the New England College of Optometry. Following graduation, Dr. Smith completed a residency in Ocular Disease at the Boston Veterans Affairs Hospital, Brockton Division, through her alma mater New England College of Optometry. This advanced training provided extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of complex ocular conditions.
Dr. Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in General Science with a concentration in Biological Sciences and Health Professions from Pennsylvania State University, where she also minored in Psychology. Dr. Smith is passionate about delivering comprehensive, patient-centered eye care and values the opportunity to make a positive impact on each patient’s visual and overall health.

Rachael Smith, OD

Dr. Eda Lam earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst before completing her Doctor of Optometry degree at the New England College of Optometry. She later obtained postdoctoral certification in Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents and Glaucoma, allowing her to provide advanced medical eye care.

Since 2008, Dr. Lam has delivered comprehensive vision and ocular health services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in private practice. Her clinical expertise includes specialty contact lens fittings, low-vision care, and the co-management of cataract and refractive surgeries. She is committed to working closely with other healthcare professionals to support her patients’ overall well-being. Dr. Lam is dedicated to serving a diverse patient community.
